If your SEAT can't use E10
Use E5, sold as super or premium unleaded. Any car that runs on unleaded can use E5. If you have already filled up with E10 by mistake, don't worry: one tank won't harm it. What to do after the wrong fuel →

Questions about SEAT and E10
Can my SEAT use E10 petrol?
SEAT says E10 is fine for all its petrol cars except a short list of models.
What if I put E10 in an older SEAT?
A single tank in a non-approved car will not cause damage, according to UK government advice. Fill up with E5 next time and keep using E5.
Where do I find E5 for my SEAT?
In the UK, E5 is sold as the "super" or "premium" unleaded grade (97+ octane) at most larger filling stations. Check the E5 label on the pump.
How else can I check my SEAT?
Look for an E10 label inside the fuel filler flap, check the owner's handbook, or ask a SEAT dealer.
